Labour & Employment 4th Annual Breakfast Seminar

Cunningham Swan’s Labour & Employment group gave its 4th annual breakfast seminar this morning to a group of close to 100 individuals representing the corporate, non-profit, and municipal sectors.  Hosted at the Harbour Restaurant at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, the seminar was labelled “the Nuts and Bolts” of Labour and Employment Law and featured five presentations on a variety of topics in the field.

  1. Kalen Ingram: Occupational Health and Safety, Due Diligence and Employee Negligence
  2. Greg Dobney: Accommodating Family Status
  3. Andrea Risk: Mitigation
  4. Alan Whyte: Wrongful Dismissal Damages and Breaches of Confidentiality
  5. James McDonald: Probationary Employees

The group is already making plans for next fall’s breakfast seminar.
