Desiree is an associate in our litigation and estate and trusts groups. Her practice focuses on estate, trust and capacity litigation and mediation, including:

• removal of trustees
Desiree advises attorneys, guardians, estate trustees (executors), trustees, solicitors, trust companies, beneficiaries, and heirs.
Desiree grew up in the Kingston area and after teaching English in Korea then attending law school on the east coast, she returned home to practice law. Before joining our firm, Desiree practiced at a boutique estate litigation and mediation firm in Kingston for four years and has co-taught the estate litigation course at Queen’s University Faculty of Law.
