Wayne Headrick is counsel to the firm and a member of our Real Estate, Land Use Planning and Development Groups. Wayne has been practicing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, construction law (including construction liens), wills and estates, and business law for over 40 years.
Wayne represents clients at each phase of the land development process and has acted for small and large real estate developers and homebuilders in the region. He brings a wealth of experience to our Real Estate, Land Use Planning and Development Groups and is available to advise clients on all aspects of real estate development related to the acquisition, financing, construction and disposition of real property.
Wayne graduated from Queens University in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has been a licensed member of the Professional Engineers Ontario since 1968. Wayne obtained his law degree from Queens University in 1971 and was admitted to the Bar in 1973.
Wayne joined Cunningham Swan in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne maintained a successful law practice at 1770 Bath Road in the former Kingston Township. Wayne looks forward to serving his existing clients and future clients at Cunningham Swan.
