Event Highlights
Join Cunningham Swan’s Wills, Estates & Trust Team for a practical morning seminar focused on recent legal developments and planning considerations in wills and estates.
Our speakers will discuss recent Ontario case law affecting the validity of Wills and Powers of Attorney, beneficiary designations for registered accounts and the tax considerations that can arise, as well as planning techniques to help avoid or minimize probate.
