Adam Higgins

Adam is an Articling Student at Cunningham Swan. He received a B.A. Honors in Criminal Justice and an M.A. in Sociology from Nipissing University; graduating the latter with the President’s Gold Medal. He received his J.D. from Queen’s University in 2022 where he was on the Dean’s Honours List and earned course prizes in Remedies and Criminal Law. At Queen’s Adam was the Co-Editor- in-Chief of the Queen’s Law Journal, a Student Case Worker at the Prison Law Clinic, and a Teaching Assistant in the Certificate in Law program. Adam was a summer student at Cunningham Swan in 2021. In his spare time Adam trains in three styles of martial arts: Goshin Jitsu, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and Muay Thai. He is a black belt in Goshin Jitsu.
