David Cahill is an Associate in our Family Law group.
He attended Western University where he earned both a B.A. and an M.A. in History. David completed his J.D. at Western Law, and most recently, his Master of Law at Queen’s. Currently, David is completing a doctorate at Queen’s University on the topic of legal education and access-to-justice.
David began his legal career as an Articling Student in Owen Sound, Ontario. After his call to the bar, he worked at a regional firm in Goderich before happily relocating to Kingston in 2019. He has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal.
David understands that providing sterling legal services to clients of all financial backgrounds is important. That is why he proudly offers his clients the option of pursuing traditional (i.e. comprehensive) retainers, as well as ‘limited-scope retainers’ and ‘legal coaching’ retainers.
