Julia McDonald is an Associate in our Real Estate and Municipal groups. She is drawn to the interpersonal side of law and takes an approach that is communicative and pragmatic.
Julia completed her B.A. in History at the University of Toronto (2021), with particular focus on food history, and her J.D. at Queen’s University (2025). While in law school, she was a member of the Varsity Triathlon team and represented Queen’s in races across the province. After law school, she articled with the firm in 2025 and returned as an associate in 2026. Though raised in Toronto, Julia is proud to consider herself a Kingstonian and is an active participant in many of the city’s clubs and events.
When not in the office, Julia enjoys travelling, watching baseball, and training for her next race(s).
