Laura Dowsley is an Associate in our Litigation group.
She completed a Master of Arts in Critical Disability Studies from York University before attending Osgoode Hall where she acquired her J.D. in 2015. Laura was called to the bar in 2016 and spent several years in Toronto, working for the Ontario Attorney General and the Ontario Bar Association. Laura was excited to make the move to Kingston with her husband to join the team at Cunningham Swan.
Laura is a strong advocate for the communities that she lives and works in. She has volunteered with the Law Society of Ontario’s Lawyers Feed the Hungry Program and holds memberships with both the Frontenac Law Association and the Thousand Island Association. Laura supports clients in the following litigation matters:

When she is not at work, Laura can be found spending time outdoors and curling.
