Lindsay McFadden is an Associate in our Family Law group.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Acadia University. Afterwards, she developed an interest for law while working as a legal assistant before attending Dalhousie Law School where she graduated in 2009. As a law student, she participated in the Canadian National Mediation Advocacy Competition, volunteered through Pro Bono Student Canada and received the Sarah MacWalker MacKenzie Clinical Law Award for her time at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic.
Lindsay practiced law in Nova Scotia for several years where she eventually established her own firm. She relocated to Kingston, Ontario in 2019 and subsequently became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2021.
