Mike Brown is an experienced Associate in our Business Law group.
Mike helps clients navigate the complexities of corporate and commercial law by providing tailored advice in a timely manner specific to a client’s needs. He advises clients through all stages of the business life cycle; from startup, through growth and expansion, and upon exit.
Prior to joining Cunningham Swan, Mike practiced corporate and commercial law at a major international law firm where he gained extensive experience advising clients on a variety of complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate reorganization, and general commercial matters.
Before Mike ventured into the legal field, he competed for Canada in the 2004 & 2008 Olympic Games, won a silver medal at the 2005 World Championship and a gold medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in swimming.
