Roch is an Associate lawyer in our General Litigation group. Roch obtained his B.A. (Hons.) from Laurentian University in 2016 with a major in Political Sciences. He then attended the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law program, graduating in 2019. During his studies, Roch worked for the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) in the medical-legal department. A proud Franco-Ontarian, Roch completed all of his education in the French language. Prior to relocating to Kingston, Roch practiced for three years in his hometown of Sudbury, Ontario, focusing primarily in the area of Criminal Defence law. He was also a member of several executive boards including the Sudbury District Law Association, the Elizabeth Fry Society of Northeastern Ontario, and La Nuit sur l’étang.
Roch possesses a diverse legal background which includes Criminal Law, Family Law, Child Protection Law, Real Estate Transactions, Wills & Estates, and Landlord and Tenant Board matters.

In his spare time, Roch can usually be found playing with his rescue dog Daisy, perfecting his espresso brewing skills, and playing on his drumkit.
