Sean Davidson is an Associate in our General Litigation group.
Sean received his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2023 and was a recipient of the Schulich Scholarship. After graduating, Sean articled at a litigation boutique in downtown Halifax before joining Cunningham Swan.
Prior to attending law school, Sean received a B.A. in Philosophy from Queen’s University and was a recipient of the Loran Award. He remained at Queen’s to pursue an M.A. in Legal and Political Philosophy. While studying in Kingston, Sean worked as a Teaching Assistant and as the Director of Music at Kingston’s Boys and Girls Club.
Sean has contributed to legal publications, such as Law360 Canada. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, reading philosophy, and enjoying the outdoors.
