Zoe Umukoro is an Associate in our Business Law group.
She maintains a broad practice in financial transactions, with experience in debt and project finance. Zoe advises private corporations, project sponsors, banks and other financial institutions on diverse finance arrangements including syndicated lending and project finance.
Zoe also practised for several years at a leading law firm in Lagos, Nigeria where she gained experience advising the government and private equity sponsors, pension funds, banks and public and private corporations on debt and project finance, acquisitions and private equity.
When she is not lawyering, Zoe enjoys a good book, a long walk, and the company of her family and friends.
