Brandan Ignazzitto is an Associate in our Business Law group.
Brandan regularly advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, including organization, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance. He has particular strength and experience advising start-ups and emerging growth companies through all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from incorporation through exit. Brandan draws on his business education and entrepreneurial background to understand his clients’ needs and provide practical legal advice.
Before joining Cunningham Swan, he practised at a large international law firm, where he advised venture capital funds, private equity firms, and corporations on complex domestic and international corporate transactions.
Brandan grew up in the Kingston area, where he previously founded and operated a property maintenance company, and is proud to return to his hometown to practise law. He earned his law degree and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Queen’s University.
In his spare time, Brandan can be found on the golf course or spending time with his friends and family.
